(Recorded Acapella
Review Board (www.rarb.org))
--Reviewer: Guang Ming Ealson
Buy this album, because it is fabulous.
The six men of Eclipse are young, hip, and talented. They use production
without production using them, and their percussion is awesome.
Then, in Hard Times Come Again No More, they drop the percussion
and production and show they can do it simply with their naked voices.
Watch out, Rockapella!
--Reviewer: Joshua Diamant
There is no lazy songwriting or arranging on this disc, and that's
more than can be said about most albums out there. The production
is first-rate as well. The whole disc has a dirty, overdriven sound
that works well for Eclipse's style of music.
Buy this album now, and watch out for Eclipse.

If you want to know what "a cappella" is all about, pick
this album up and guard it with your life. What makes this album
stay in your CD spinner so long?...It's the
best thing that's come along for vocal groups since harmony. |

"Think Twice" tops my short list
of all time favorite CDs...The combined bass and percussion
make each song sound so complete that you forget there are never
any instruments playing...
The lyrics are clean so you can feel good playing it in front of
the family. A must have CD for your collection!!!

The pop influence swirled with the rock style give each song a unique
twist of truly great music. "Think
Twice" should definately be in everyone's CD Repertoire!! |

This is the type of album that you listen to and love many times over
and then hearing it on a high-quality system (one that does the voices
and arrangements justice) are blown away by the realization: "This
is even better than I thought." |
